Call 1-866-488-7386 to be connected to a crisis counselor trained in serving the LGBTQ+ community. Trevor Project’s website also contains resources specific to mental health for LGBTQ+ youth.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Greater San Francisco Bay Area Chapter
The Greater San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of ASFP performs education and outreach on the topic of suicide prevention. ASFP’s website also contains general resources on suicide prevention and mental health.
CalHOPE
Call the CalHOPE Warm Line at 1-833-317-HOPE to be connected to a trained emotional support counselor. CalHOPE is a local crisis prevention resource specific to the COVID-19 pandemic.

National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism - Treatment Navigator
The NIAAA Treatment Navigator is a free resource about the alcohol abuse treatment process, including what to expect and where to find treatment for alcohol abuse.
